Dedication to Service
The Campo Reservation Fire Protection District is dedicated to serving the Campo, La Posta, Manzanita, and Ewiiaapaayp Reservations. The District currently employs 7 personnel, including a Fire Chief and 6 fire suppression personnel. Fire personnel employ a two platoon system of staffing, working 72 hours followed by 72 hours off.
Mission Statement
It is the mission of the Campo Reservation Fire
Protection District to provide the best available
service and protection to life and property from fire and other emergencies by improving education, training, and experience of fire personnel. To respond in a safe and timely manner and to educate the Campo Kumeyaay Nation and surrounding communities in fire prevention and safety.
